Selfesteem: It is a word associated with someone / something that important and value. Self esteem how you estimate your strength and week ness.

Self esteem was so enriching topic and with topic they are four conditions of self esteem.

1. Sense of uniqueness: It is the special sense of the self individual feel when they can acknowledge and respect qualities or attributes that make them special and different and when they receive respect and approval from others 2.sence of connetiveness: it is the feeling people have when they can gain satisfaction from associations are significant to them and these associations are by others.

3. Sense of power: the feeling power with an individual comes from having recourses opportunity and capability to influence the circumstance of ones own life in important ways.

4.Sence of Role Model: role models are reference points that provide people with human, philosophical and operational, examples that help them establish meaningful values, goals, ideas and personal standards. First day program I am & Peter we conducted Grow monitoring hole group that is good experience for me because that monitoring shows our position where we are in that group

GOAL: Goal is specific statement that indicates what is to be achieved in a fixed time frame.

Steps in setting Goals:

To realize a goal it is essential to plan the steps to realize it. We all have dreams and desires, but our goals must be a SMART so that they can be realize a useful way of making goals more powerful is to use the smart mnemonic.

PYRAMID METHOD:

1. Two member divided into five groups they were discuss and then behind group members mixed but meddle group members divided is two group members. The which group are five members. These two group discuss about that same topic. They were elect one group leader.

Any member have any doubt in the both groups. They didn’t asked directly with another group members. They must and should notice to their group leader. Then the leader discussed with another group leader some for apposition group also.

ä Valuing common interests having out with people who like doing similar stuff may help to avoid a situation where one feel pressured into stuff you don’t want to do.

ä Say in no: having the strengthen to say no may be hard. However it may also feel good to strike with what you believe in.

ä Try not to judge others: If possible try not to place judgement on other people’s choices respecting some one else’s choices may help them to respect yours try to remember that you don’t have to agree with there actions. Focusing on the reasons why don’t feel happy with the choice may help you not to judge them.

ä Take action: Some times you are able to trickle peer pressure. Because you are older or feel more comfortable in your environment. Standing up for may help both of these are ways in which you may be able to create a positive vide out of peer pressure.

INTER PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP

A skill is required only when authenticity can that have its way. Yet a skill without authenticity makes you shallow you can’t have an authentic action and a skillful intention. If try to be authentic in your action but manipulative in you mind, mistakes can happen.

v The commonest mode of transmission of AIDS in India is through unprotected sex.

3. I find it difficult to empathize with people who get HIV infection despite being aware of their risks.

4. I find to easier to empathize with people who get HIV infection through blood transfusion.

5. Children are innocent victims of HIV infection.

6. Husbands whose wives have sex only with them should be held responsible for infecting their wives with HIV.

7. Controlling commercial sex is an effective way of preventing HIV infection.

8. Strengthening and promoting treatment, care and support for HIV positive people weakens programmes aimed at prevention of HIV infection.

9. Men who say that condoms reduce sexual pleasure are looking for excuses for not using condoms.

10. People who are addicted to drugs cannot take responsibility for their own health

SEX EDUCATION

Sexuality is the way people think, feel and behave as a person/as a man or woman in relation to other people of the same sex and of opposite sex sexuality is expressed in many physical ways .It is not confined to sexual inter course. But includes touching talking embracing, fantasizing kissing caressing or just holding hands. In addition to covering the physical aspects, sexuality also encompasses feelings attitudes, values and preferences .It involves a lot of caring & sharing and influenced by the interaction of several factors such as dialogical, psychological, social economic political & culture, ethical and religious

Now many attitudes related to sexual behavior was last exercise of total program .the exercise it was enriching our come to be come clear about the meaning of sexuality.

ASSESSING ATTITUDE RELATED TO SEXUAL BEHAVIORS

v Men who have multiple partners not love their wives.

v Having regular sex is more important for men than women.

v Men need to take initiative in sex.

v Good women should not express their sexual desires and preferences.

v It is not necessary for women to masturbate.

v In most communities, women have no choice but to accept their husband’s multi partner sex.

v If a woman does not comply with her husband’s sexual desires, he will have sex with other women.

v Only men who have sex with men (MSMs) practice anal sex.

v Men who demand oral sex are not concerned about satisfying their partner’s sexual desires.

v Normal sex means having vaginal sex.

v It is important for men to have sex regularly in order to show a “macho” image.

v Masturbation leads to weakness in men.

v MSMs do not like to follow social norms.

v Vaginal sex is essential to give sexual satisfaction to both, men and women.

v Sex workers have more desire for sex than other women.

With above all these self esteem, setting goals and values, peer pressure FISHBOWEL METHOD, PYRAMID METHOD HIV/AIDS, sexuality and very interesting game MOGOMBO SAYS and critical problem solving capacity games With the base of above information Iam conducted some exercises and how to concentrating time saving games
